The international sales launch of ZŁOTA 44 – one of the tallest and most luxurious residential towers in Europe – has begun. A series of informational events will be held in markets across the US, Europe and Middle East. In addition to ZŁOTA 44’s dedicated in-house sales team, Savills International will be the exclusive sales agent for ZŁOTA 44 in the international markets, and Sotheby’s International Realty will be a strategic sales agent throughout Poland.
Revitalisation of the former Vodka Manufacturer in the Warsaw district of Praga is entering a new stage. Construction work is being started at Ząbkowska Street of the commercial part of Centrum Praskie Koneser
, which will house offices inspired by industrial motifs (25 500 sq. m.) and commercial areas (20 000 sq. m.), a state-of-art conference centre, numerous restaurants and a hotel.

The tallest residential building in the EU, Złota 44, is taking part in the festival of the Night of Skyscrapers. On Saturday 23 May, those interested in architecture and in the city of Warsaw itself will be able to get to know more about the history, construction and interiors of some of Warsaw’s iconic skyscrapers. The owners of Złota 44, BBI Development and Amstar, are participating in the project, while handing over to the guests interesting books about the city’s skyscrapers and offering a cup of coffee during the sightseeing.

The EU’s tallest residential tower is back on the luxury property market with a new offering.
