Zdrofit fitness center, Dago Centrum instant offices and Energy Solution have joined the tenant list of Centrum Praskie Koneser – a mixed-use investment located by Ząbkowska street in Warsaw. The revitalized buildings of former Warsaw Vodka Distillery and new developments inspired by its postindustrial architecture will offer i.a. a total of 25,500 sqm. of office space and 20,000 sqm. of retail, service and gastronomic space.
Robert Lewandowski, one of the best players in the world and Captain of the Poland national team, has purchased an apartment in the tallest residential tower in Europe. This confirms the success of ZŁOTA 44, voted Europe’s best residence at International Property Awards 2015.
Over 300 workers on-site, intensive work on the tower’s recreational floor, construction of partition walls throughout the building, plus two new show apartments. The works at ZŁOTA 44, coordinated by Wardbud, will finish as soon as this year. Then the procedures providing first apartments of the tallest residential tower in European Union to the customers begins.
Already this March, the implementation of Centrum Marszałkowska project, an office and commercial building at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets in Warsaw will commence. The investor, BBI Development S.A., has announced that the general contractor for the project will be Korporacja Budowlana Doraco.

BBI Development S.A. will be able to start the construction of Roma Tower, a 170‑meter high‑rise building in the centre of Warsaw. Thanks to the approval of Vatican, the developer acquired the right of perpetual usufruct of the plot where the skyscraper is to be erected, and a share in the property rights. Whereas the Archdiocese of Warsaw will enjoy the majority stake in the investment.
