Sezam demolition commenced

On 16 February 2015, works started to pull down the former Sezam department store. In September 2014, Nowy Sezam received a final construction permit to develop a 10-storey office & retail project on the site (the Marszałkowska Centre).

The Prime Property Prize 2014 has been solemnly awarded to the “Plac Unii” Development for the Best Architectonic Project. The Statuette of the Prime Property Prize has been collected in person by Michał SKOTNICKI – President of the Management Board of BBI Development SA, Kamila ZĘBIK – a partner from Liebrecht & Wood, and Jacek ŚWIDERSKI, an architect from Kuryłowicz & Associates.

Competition winners announced

On 25 July, we learned names of the winners of the competition for the interior design and decoration of the Polish Vodka Museum. The museum – first in Poland and in the world – will be created in the rectification building of the former Vodka Factory in the Praga District of Warsaw.
