New hotel in the heart of Old Praga – Moxy chooses Koneser

Poland’s first Moxy Hotel will open at Ząbkowska Street in Warsaw in 2017. Investors of Centrum Praskie Koneser – Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. – signed a franchise agreement with Global Hospitality Licencing. The hotel will offer 141 rooms and occupy 5447 sqm of space in the revitalized 5-storey former still building of Koneser.

Moxy Hotels is Marriott International’s millennial-focused brand that debuted in September 2014 with the opening of the Moxy Milan Malpensa Airport. A boutique-hotel concept for the budget-savvy traveller, but also a new generation of business travellers, Moxy Hotels is a fresh and innovative brand, combining stylish design and approachable service at an affordable price point. Moxy aims to surprise budget-conscious travellers with a thoughtful, spirited and fun guest experience. There are currently five Moxy Hotels open and by 2018 the network will have increased to eighteen. In addition to Warsaw, new Moxy Hotels will open in Germany, Norway, Austria, the United Kingdom and the USA.

Moxy Warsaw Praga will welcome its first guests in 2017. The hotel will offer 141 tech-enabled rooms, high-speed WiFi, underground parking and bar. Moxy’s inviting lobby will be crafted to become a highly social and interactive space with a high-energy lounge, 24/7 self-service Grab & Go catering concept and ample plug-ins for personal devices.

The hotel will be the integral part of the lifestyle offer of Centrum Praskie Koneser. The 100,000 sqm project will provide its users with broad selection of retail, loft style offices, including Campus Warsaw, a Google Space start-ups incubator, and comfortable residential space. The thriving lifestyle destination will also boast an event-conference centre, public squares for social and cultural events, as well as the world’s first Polish Vodka Museum. Centrum Praskie Koneser is currently under construction and will be opened at the end of next year.
