Project in preparation: ‘Rybaki-Łańsk’ project

Project in the preparation phase:

  • Investment agreement concluded
  • Work on obtaining administrative decisions preceding the transfer of real estate to a special purpose vehicle
  • Project carried out jointly with the Archdiocese of Warmia on a property with an area of approximately 16.5 ha
  • BBI Development S.A. is responsible for the implementation and management of the project
  • The project involves the construction and commercialization of a hotel building with approximately 350 rooms, a recreational area and a complex of small houses, ultimately intended for sale to individual buyers
  • The hotel will be one of the most modern and environmentally friendly facilities of its kind in Poland. It will be powered by photovoltaics and heat pumps, and the development will be extensive – only approximately 10% of the property will be built on.

Roma Tower

Roma Tower is a 170-meter residential skyscraper with 48 floors above ground and 6 underground. The building will be elegant, contemporary, and yet timeless.

Jacek Świderski and his team from Juvenes-Projekt are responsible for the design.

Roma Tower is a joint project of BBI Development, Liebrecht & wooD, and the Pro Bonum Foundation.
