Koneser offices are being developed both in carefully revitalized, post-industrial buildings and new structures. Campus Warsaw, a Google initiative dedicated to start-ups, has been operating in Koneser since 2015.
One of the new tenants is the Polish representation of the international shipping company Waberer’s Poland Sp. z o.o., which leased 293 sqm. of office space in the new building P. The consultant in this negotiation process was CBRE.
