Kantar TNS comes to Koneser

Centrum Praskie Koneser is a mixed-use development which brings 25,500 sqm of A-class offices in both post-industrial and newly developed buildings. Nearly a year before opening, Koneser’s office space is 75% leased. The biggest new tenants are Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS – parts of Kantar, one of the world’s leading data, insight and consultancy companies – taking 4,900 sqm of office space in the new building O. Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS are the next representatives of the global holding WPP (after Grupa Ogilvy) which have chosen Koneser. They will move to the development in May 2018.

  • Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS are leasing 4,900 sqm of office space in Centrum Praskie Koneser, developed jointly by Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. in the Ząbkowska, Markowska, Białostocka and Nieporęcka Street quarter in Warsaw’s Praga District.

The lease agreement has been advised by JLL.
