BBI Development’s new projects
On 2 July 2014, the Warsaw Marriott Hotel housed the conference “City – Vision – Public Space”. Rafał Szczepański, Vice-President of BBI Development’s Executive Board moderated the session “The Big and the Urban”, focused on urban development and revitalization.
During the session Mr. Szczepański presented BBI Development’s new plans including the development of the Praga Koneser Centre. Next year the Koneser area will become a vast construction site generic viagra in usa. This impressive project located at the heart of Old Praga will open for use in 2017. Koneser is a mixed-use project including the residential, office and commercial components as well as an arts facility – the Museum of Polish Vodka. The Museum and the office and commercial space will be developed in a joint venture with Liebrecht & wooD, our partner with whom we delivered another large project, Union Square. The Marszałkowska Centre building, which will have a direct connection to the Świętokrzyska Underground Station, will be another key project. We also expect that the approval of a zoning scheme for the Poznańska Street area in Warsaw will permit us to continue work on Roma Tower, which is being developed in partnership with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Warsaw, said Rafał Szczepański.
