Michał Skotnicki

President of the Management Board

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the Faculty of Law at François Rabelais University in Tours, France (MA studies), where he specialized in civil and commercial law. He also completed postgraduate studies in international trade law, earning a diploma from Centre de Droit du Commerce International. In the years 1999 – 2003, he was a lecturer in civil law at the Institute of Civil Law in the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. Since 2001, he has been engaged in development projects, particularly in the Warsaw property market.

In addition to his role as the President of the Management Board of the Company, he also performs the following functions: President of the Management Board of Złota 44 Sp. z o.o., President of the Management Board of NPU Sp. z o.o, President of the Management Board of PW Sp. z o.o. and member of the Supervisory Board of Pocztylion-Arka Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA.

Rafał Szczepański

Vice-President of the Management Board

Graduated from the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He also did a specialist course in property management.

Currently, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board of BBI Development SA and President of the Management Board of Juvenes – Projekt Sp. z o.o. He also holds a number of senior positions within the Group, including: member of the Supervisory Board of NPU Sp. z o.o. Spółka K.A., President of the Management Board of Realty 4 Management Sp. z o.o.; member of the Management Board of Zarządzanie SEZAM Sp. z o.o.; member of the Management Board of PW Sp. z o. o.; President of the Management Board of Nowa Symfonia Sp. z o.o.; President of the Management Board of Nasza Symfonia Sp. z o.o.; member of the Management Board of Inwestycja Domaniewska Sp. z o.o. and President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Symfonia Sp. z o.o. His responsibilities include acquisition of new projects for the company and oversight of sales and marketing policy.

Rafał Szczepański has also extensive experience when it comes to activation of development enterprises. With his active participation various special-purpose vehicles were set up to implement such spectacular projects as Plac Unii, Nowy Sezam, Centrum Praskie Koneser and ZŁOTA 44 in Warsaw.

In addition to his strictly business role, Rafał Szczepański is also actively engaged in social activities. In January 2010, he initiated the campaign called “STOP Janosikowe Tax”. He was instrumental in the establishment of the civil project aimed at amending the Janosikowe tax law. His proposed amendments were presented during the plenary session of the Polish parliament in the winter of 2012. Rafał Szczepański also came up with the idea for a number of books on the history of Warsaw seen through the prism of various investments carried out by BBI Development SA. The publications released so far are in a series entitled “Warszawa wielkomiejska” and include “Pasaż Simonsa”, “Rezydencja Foksal i okolice”, “Koneser, Ząbkowska i okolice”, “Plac Unii i okolice” and „ZŁOTA 44 i inne warszawskie niebotyki”. His social activities for the benefit of the capital city and the Masovian Region have earned him the Order of Merit for Services to Warsaw (“Zasłużony dla Warszawy)” and “Pro Masovia” Order of Merit. In May 2015, Rafał Szczepałski was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of the Rebirth of Poland for his social and public activity.

Piotr Litwiński

Management Board Member

Graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at Warsaw University and completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Calgary. In years 1992-1996, he worked for the Polish branch of the Canadian investment holding company International UNP Holdings, where he held such positions as analyst and junior asset manager. From 1996 to 1999, he worked as an analyst and then as a manager of minority interest portfolios in the Second National Investment Fund. In years 2000-2005, he acted as Operations and Analyses Director, member of the Management Board – Finance Director, and liquidator of Polskie Pracownicze Towarzystwo Emerytalne “Diament” SA.

In addition to his role as a member of the Company’s Management Board, he also performs the following functions: President of the Management Board of Realty 3 Management Sp. z o.o, member of the Management Board of Mazowieckie Towarzystwo Powiernicze Sp. z o.o, member of the Management Board of Złota 44 Sp. z o. o., member of the Supervisory Board of NPU Sp. z o. o. SKA and member of the board IMMOBILIA Fund Sicav SIF.

Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz

Management Board Member

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1996. In 2004, he completed a specialist course in property management. In 1990, he did a one-year internship at Atelier de Architecture Georges Rhally in Switzerland. He contributed to all the designs prepared in the design offices of JKKT Sp. z o. o. and Juvenes Sp. z o. o., including such projects as: Bell Cosmetics Factory in Józefów, “Centrum Praha” – cinema, services and office building, various apartment and office buildings as well as numerous projects that are currently being implemented by the Company’s SPVs, including Rezydencja Foksal or Centrum Marszałkowska. In 2009-2013, he held the position of the District Commissioner for Social Dialogue in the Warsaw Praga Północ district.

In addition to his role as a member of the Company’s Management Board, he also performs the following functions: Vice-President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Symfonia Sp. z o.o., Vice-President of the Management Board of Juvenes Construction & Housing Co-operative, Vice-President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Projekt Sp. z o.o., President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Serwis Sp. z o.o., member of the Management Board of Nasza Symfonia Sp. z o.o. and Nowa Symfonia Sp. z o.o.
